Care instructions
The products in the Lepo collection are designed to withstand heavy use in indoor public spaces. In the product design, ease of maintenance for the furniture has been taken into account. The selection of materials appropriate for their intended use and the necessary maintenance procedures extend the lifespan of the furniture.Below are the care instructions for the different materials of our products. It is important to always follow the manufacturer's instructions when cleaning upholstery fabrics.
Laminate, wood, and veneer
We recommend wiping with a damp or moist cloth using a neutral detergent solution. After wiping with a moist cloth, dry the surface. For stubborn stains, soak with undiluted neutral detergent solution. Keep the exposure time as short as possible. Rinse and dry.
Do not use abrasive cleaners, steel wool, or similar products that may wear down the surface. Spills and stains should be cleaned immediately.
Metal
For cleaning powder-coated and chrome-plated metal surfaces, we recommend wiping with a damp or moist cloth using a neutral detergent solution. Mildly soiled surfaces can be cleaned with a damp cloth, and stubborn stains can be treated by first moistening with detergent, followed by rinsing and drying with a damp cloth.
Upholstery fabric
Upholstery fabric cleaning should always be done according to the manufacturer's instructions. We recommend using a vacuum cleaner or a soft brush to remove dust from upholstered surfaces. If soap-based cleaning agents are used, any soap residues should be immediately cleaned from the fabric. Do not use machine washing or dry cleaning. Most stains can be removed using cold or warm water and a clean, absorbent microfiber cloth. Do not use solvents, chemicals, waxes, or polishing agents.
Maintenance service
Our maintenance service extends the lifespan of furniture. We refurbish our previously used furniture by: replacing cushions, reupholstering and surface treating metal frames, and, as needed, replacing leg caps, casters, and other spare parts according to the model.
